These Chinese light and fluffy steamed buns are delicious filled with your favourite fillings. Easy to create and very versatile
Prise open each bun and fill with shredded barbecue pork and salad.
Slice our ‘Crispy Batter Chicken Chunks’ and add to the Bao Bun along with some Katsu sauce to make a mildly spiced with a hint of sweetness flavoursome treat.
Go Vegan with these heavenly buns by adding pulled BBQ jackfruit, sprinkling of spring onions, fresh coriander and optional chilli’s.
Simply eat with ham and cheese.

MICROWAVE FROM FROZEN:
Place Bao Bun on a microwavable plate & cover with either a lid or clingfilm & heat for approx 60 seconds.
STEAM ON THE HOB:
Add a little water into your pot, place some parchment paper into the steamer and put the Bao Buns in, cover with lid and let the water gently boil. Steam for approx. 5-8 minutes.
Remove steamer from heat & carefully remove the bao buns.
Eat whilst warm.
(Always be careful of hot steam when removing Bao Bun)
