- Parmentier potatoes covered in herbs and garlic with a helping of seasonal vegetables.
- A good old classic of chips, peas and beans.
For best results cook from frozen. Place the fillets on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 and cook for approximately 15-20 minutes. Turn the fillets half way through the cooking time.
Gently place the fillets into the pre-heated oil and fry for 5-6 minutes at 180°C/350°F
KEEP FROZEN AND STORE AT - 18°C
