MSC Vinegar Infused Tempura Pollock Goujons - Pack of 66£6.10
Wild MSC Alaska Pollock fillet goujons coated in our unique vinegar infused crispy tempura batter.
- Serve with chunky chips and mushy peas for a traditional British dish.
- In a wrap, bap or sliced bread with lettuce, tomato & mayo.
- As a fish goujon pie with chopped up broccoli, diced carrots & red peppers beans mixed in with beans all mixed, layered with cooked goujons and topped with mashed potato.
For best results cook from frozen. Place the goujons on a trivet on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 and cook for approximately 12 minutes, turning during cooking. Turn the goujons half way through the cooking time.
Gently place the fish goujons into the pre-heated oil at 180°C/350°F and fry for 3-4 minutes
