Cooking Instructions

Oven Bake:

For best results cook from frozen. Place the Fillets's on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at Fan 180°C/200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 and cook for approximately 25-30 minutes. 

Deep fry for 7-8 minutes | Air Fryer : 20 minutes
