- Fresh salad packed with veggies, seeds and topped with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
Cooking Instructions
Oven Bake:
For best results cook from frozen. Place the fishcakes on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 and cook for approximately 20-25 minutes. Turn the fishcakes half way through the cooking time.
Deep Fry:
Gently place the fishcakes into the pre-heated oil and fry for 5-6 minutes at 180°C/350°F
KEEP FROZEN AND STORE AT - 18°C
