MSC wild Alaska pollock fillet coated in a crispy tempura batter.
Serving Suggestions:
- Serve with peas, carrots and lightly crushed new potato mash.
- Oat topped wholemeal roll topped with mini fillet and loaded with beetroot slaw.
- Chunky chips, beans and a serving of tartare sauce.
Cooking Instructions
Oven Bake:
For best results cook from frozen. Place the fishcakes on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 and cook for approximately 18 minutes. Turn the fillets half way through the cooking time.
Deep Fry:
Gently place the fillets into the pre-heated oil and fry for 4-5 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
KEEP FROZEN AND STORE AT - 18°C
